I’ve always had a particular interest in property, construction and the customer experience when dealing with estate agents and property managers.
I studied Building Surveying at University and thoroughly enjoyed learning the ins and outs of property construction; how everything works which has helped both sellers and buyers when I have helped them through the sales process.
However I also have a very important role within the Campbells team – I study and nurture what you, as a customer, see on your computer, tablet or mobile device, just as you are right now.
Due to my passion for customer service and my diploma in online marketing, I am able to help the Campbells team give you, our customer, the very best property marketing experience.
Our success in getting you the very best price, whether you are a landlord or seller, very much depends on how many buyers and tenants get to see the benefits of what your property has to offer.
As one of the younger members of the team (don’t tell them I said that), bringing with me the internet marketing expertise I have learnt, I am very much up to speed with the latest hints and tips to get your property to the top of every search engine, property portal site and social media platform. It’s my job to be aware of the tricks to boost your property’s listing; this includes knowledge of search engine algorithms, or procedures, that seem to change weekly!
Our Facebook and other social media platforms also help us reach more and more tenants and buyers than most estate agents – it’s a constantly changing arena but, don’t worry, I have it covered – it’s a passion of mine.
