Using the skills that Paul has built up over the
past 25 years and the success that he has achieved,
we will design a specific training programme based
on your experience that will provide you with in-depth
knowledge of your market and our tried and tested
proven methods of selling houses.
After your initial training you will receive one to one coaching and you will
be guided through every aspect of the day to day process. We won’t let
you do anything that you are not confident or comfortable with !
You will be mentored on an ongoing basis to ensure that you are focused and motivated
in succeeding. This is a unique, invaluable feature of becoming an Associate
that no other agent can provide. You will always have someone to help you improve
on the skills that you are learning. Remember you will be working for yourself
but not by yourself.

I have literally had
a life changing experience!”
I was a mortgage advisor for many years before I became an Associate. I
