On his 20 year journey to become an expert estate agent, Paul has created tried and tested proven methods of selling houses using all of his skills that he has evolved over time.
Paul decided five years ago to give back what he had learned and provide an opportunity for those who have a genuine interest in property to enjoy a financially rewarding career that provides flexibility with working hours to fit around home and leisure commitments.
Paul has built up a strong, leading brand and is now giving you the chance to become a successful estate agent without having to endure the pain of learning the hard way and making some of the mistakes that he made along the way!

Using the skills that Paul has built up over the past 25 years and the success that he has achieved, we will design a specific training programme based on your experience that will provide you with in-depth knowledge of your market and our tried and tested proven methods of selling houses.
After your initial training you will receive one to one coaching and you will be guided through every aspect of the day to day process. We won’t let you do anything that you are not confident or comfortable with !
You will be mentored on an ongoing basis to ensure that you are focused and motivated in succeeding. This is a unique, invaluable feature of becoming an Associate that no other agent can provide. You will always have someone to help you improve on the skills that you are learning.
Remember you will be working for yourself but not by yourself.
