Over the years we have developed a bespoke service to enable our clients to take their  design, building and development ideas and turn them into reality without having the pain and stress involved with working with several trades at the same time.

This service is aimed at the discerning buyer, homeowner or investor who simply hasn’t got the time (and sometimes the energy!) to design, cost, project manage and implement a build or refurbishment project.

A lot of our work involves investors preparing a house for let, homeowners renovating a house prior to moving in (or sometimes when they have already moved in) and landlords and homeowners who are dealing with property damage resulting in insurance claims.

Using this service will avoid the need for you to deal with several trades in one go – you’ll have just one point of contact and one person to speak to. Just one person with full responsibility of the job in hand, therefore reducing the risks, anxiety and overall costs.

Our clients tell us that one of the major benefits of using this service is being able to talk to someone at any time about any aspect of the project  – you won’t need to get hold of the architect, builder, plumber and electrician all on separate phone numbers!
