Campbells, an award-winning firm of property experts on Daventry High Street, is celebrating after welcoming on board a new associate, Amanda Loydall, four months ago as part of its plans to expand the company. 

Mark Heycock, Franchise Director at Campbells, says: “We’re delighted to have Amanda on board at the beginning of what will be a 5 year period of expansion. She’s committed to giving good customer service and has a great track record for going the extra mile. She’s a great asset to our team.”

Amanda was inspired to make the move from mortgage broking to estate agency after watching the Campbells team receive awards in the 2009 UK Estate Agency of the Year competition. 

“I’m really excited about being a Campbells associate,” says Amanda. “I’ve known and worked with Paul Campbell for many years and he brings out the best in everyone around him. He has the ability to instil confidence and unearth hidden talents in people. Joining at a time when the property market has been at rock bottom, to most people I speak to, seems a ludicrous idea! They couldn’t be more wrong !”

“This may sound dramatic,” Amanda went on to say “but I have literally had a life changing experience ! I go to bed excited at the prospect of the following day – I come home having had a great day, knowing that I have achieved something .... and its been a long time since I have felt such job satisfaction.

“I’m always looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to become associates,” says Paul Campbell. “However, they are chosen based on their attitude and compassion towards others, rather than their experience in property selling. We can teach them estate agency, but if they have no feeling for others they won’t give good customer service.”
