The key to property investment is quality – quality property, quality tenant. Get these two simple things right and your investment will pay you back well and look after you.
Once your tenant moves in, keep an eye on any maintenance issues and thank your tenant for paying on time and looking after your property – I personally visit all of my landlord’s properties and our tenants regularly and actually it’s one of the most enjoyable parts of the job because we appreciate good tenants that are not only happy but look after our client’s investments.

If you have bought a property that’s in disrepair then we’ll organise our ‘makeover team’ to get it sorted out for you – and sometimes, landlords just want me to serve Notice.
