Paul Campbell originally founded
Campbells in 1989 and still has a large part to play in
the success of the company.
More recently he has become a successful property coach
dealing with all aspects of the residential property
market – coaching sellers and landlords to make
the right decisions.
In the past Paul has also successfully turned his hand
to other property related businesses including a mortgage
brokerage, a maintenance company and a removal firm.
He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate
Agents (NAEA), a Member of the Ombudsman Scheme, a Member
of the Office of Fair Trading and a Member of the Association
of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
‘My first job was in Estate Agency and I soon
discovered that house sellers and buyers needed much
more than just another Estate Agent. My clients needed
support and motivation from somebody with sound inside
knowledge and a property sales track record. In the last
ten years property investment has become a major part
of investors’ lives and I have coached hundreds
of property investors to build very successful property
portfolios. In 2008 the property market changed again
and property owners need even more help than before to
make decisions to protect their investments.’
