A number of years ago, a lady just happened to be talking to one of our team members about the concerns she had with her property. It was suggested that maybe Amanda should go and take a look.

The property was clearly in a poor state so Paul was called in to give his opinion, too.

It is fair to say that the lady just wanted to get rid of the property, which you can understand if you look at the pictures.  Upon further discussion with another member of the family  it seemed possible that the property could be kept and turned back into a home with more value and a better investment.

After lengthy discussion and trust Paul and his team were let loose!

Every time the team carry out a refurbishment it always seems to amaze us all how these properties turn out. They have been doing it for years and nothing is ever left to chance. Every room is carefully thought about and the attention to detail – well that is just a habit now.

Take a look at the pictures. I am sure you will agree that the transformation is miraculous.

In the end it was decided that the property would be let out – but only if we could find a very nice tenant who would move in and look after the place. Well that has now been done and we trust that the new occupiers will enjoy this new home for years to come.

It’s amazing what a chance conversation in the High Street can lead to.
