Pricing is one of the most critical elements in selling your property. The only things that influence whether a property will sell are the price and the competition in the area. If there are other similar properties for sale of a comparable standard of décor and yours is the highest priced of them all, then chances are your neighbours will get all the viewings and offers and you won’t.

Then we come to see you and evaluate your property based on the criteria we have researched, its current condition and how well it is presented, including which features appear to add or detract from its value. Only then are you given a true value that reflects the prevailing market and makes it attractive to its target market.
