First, we discuss our terms of business with you in detail and then put everything we’ve discussed down on paper in clear, jargon-free English so you know what to expect and there are no unpleasant surprises.

Second, you are not obliged to stay with us for a minimum length of time. There is no minimum contract length and you are free to leave at any time if we do not perform as you would expect. You stay with us because you want to, not because you have to.
