“It was quite a nerve racking time as we had to move dad in a hurry as he wasn’t well. We were unsure what to do for the best about dads’ property. To tell the truth we just went on line and picked a few estate agents and asked three to visit. We wanted advice on whether to sell it in its current condition, do it up and sell or do it up and rent. It was difficult for us, we had initially thought of doing the property up ourselves with the help of local tradesmen but we are not from Daventry so knew none of the local service providers, we live miles away and would not be able to just drop in and check on things if we chose the renovation option. Stan was very helpful, he came round and we discussed the various options he then suggested that we talk to Paul. Paul was great, knew his stuff, was very up front and he presented the options open to us very well, he gave good advice and when he said he could project manage the whole thing it was an obvious choice to go with Campbells. We were a little concerned with handing over such a large sum of money, particularly as we were in fact spending our dads’ savings. However, our worries were short lived and in less than 3 months we had a completely renovated property, done to a very high spec within the price that was quoted. Paul kept us informed of everything every step of the way, he has done what he said he would do with no hassle for us. The best thing was showing dad the photos of the completed property and seeing how pleased he was. To top it all we will be having tenants moving in within 3 weeks of the property being completed, how’s that for good service.
