What is Campbells’ Wanted?
It’s a free service for all those buyers and sellers who want someone to
take away some of the time, stress and worry of finding a property to move to.
Why is it needed?
Many sellers choose to look for their next property before putting their current
one on the market because they fear being homeless if their property sells. This
causes a Catch-22 situation where there are more sellers looking to buy than
are actually selling, and leads to a shortage of properties available. Consequently,
the majority of sellers are unlikely to find their perfect property and if by
chance they do, they will probably lose the property before they can get theirs
on the market and sold. So, given the current market conditions, Campbells has
decided to help buyers and sellers find their next property quickly.
How does Campbells Wanted work?
Well, the first part of the Campbells Wanted service is very similar to what
you would expect when selling your property:
- You instruct us to sell your property
- We measure up your property, take photos and prepare the
sales particulars
- Your property details are uploaded onto internet websites,
advertised in the local paper and circulated to our database
by email and/or post….and so on
This all sounds fairly straightforward and normal, right?
It’s the next part that gets exciting and
is unique to Campbells:
- You tell us exactly what sort of property you’re looking for
- Please
note, your names and details are always kept confidential
- We pay for the Wanted ad to go into the property section
of the Daventry Express
- We send your Wanted ad to our database of interested buyers
and sellers
- We scan all of the property websites on the internet for
possible matches
- We talk to all our fellow agents in the area to see what
they are selling
- We leaflet drop in the areas and streets you most want
to live – we specifically hire someone to do this
for us
- We collect all of the information and forward shortlists
of properties for you to look at.
In short, we cast a very wide net and leave no stone unturned in our efforts to find your next property as quickly as possible. There are many properties coming onto the market which you will not be aware of yet – and without our help may never find out about.
