We recently bought a house through Campbells. The sale of our existing house took a very long time, much longer than we had expected, with little help from the estate agents selling our property and with much muddying of the waters by our purchaser’s solicitor.

If it hadn’t been for Mark at Campbells I’m no sure we’d be in the house we are in now! He was the only proactive party involved – he kept us up to date, he kept the vendor of the house we were buying onside throughout the long process, gave us regular updates and even tried to deal with our purchaser’s solicitor (a process akin to wading through treacle!)

He was the only bright light through the entire 5-month process of selling and buying and we would recommend him and Campbells in general to anyone looking to buy or sell.

In 2017 we used Campbells to purchase our house and the service was incredible, attentive and we received daily updates in what became quite a complex sale. So when it came to selling our house this year we knew exactly who we could trust to do a fabulous job and keep us in the loop along the way.

From the moment of the viewing, when we walked into the house that Campbells were selling, Jamie was friendly and approachable. He was knowledgeable and professional and kept us up to date with news every step of the way. We felt that Jamie was genuinely a nice guy and that we could trust him.

Despite the fact that Jamie was not acting for us, he ensured that he was available whenever we had a query; he always followed things up and called us back when he said he would. He was honest if there was an issue with the chain and always worked hard to get things back on track. He listened to us, showed empathy and clearly takes great pride in his work.

Having experienced a ‘below-par’ service from another estate agent, your leaflets and letter drops began to catch my eye. What did it for me was the handwritten letter I received, introducing the Campbells name and the services offered. It was a very personable touch.

The Campbells team was extremely helpful in all aspects, during the marketing and right through to exchange and completion. There was always someone available to answer my questions or assist me in any way.

I am very pleased with my decision to use Campbells. I know people always approach estate agents with an air of hostility, but Campbells were honest and proper throughout my whole transaction, no information was withheld whether good or bad. We had not used Campbells before. They came highly recommended to us by Sam Dudgeon whose mother Margaret had worked at the Company some years ago.

I popped into their Daventry High Street branch, met Jane Edwards who arranged to visit the property in Woodford Halse for the purpose of valuation.

She came with Jamie Campbell and we felt their approach, advice and expertise suited both the property and our situation (myself and my sister, selling on behalf of our deceased uncle).

Both Jane and Jamie were always available to advise and guide us, and they took away any worries and concerns we may have felt throughout the whole process.

Never at any point did we think we would struggle to sell, thanks to their experience in the property market and their calm and assured manner. We just felt we were in the right hands.

The bungalow was sold in maximum three weeks after being put on the market.
