Campbells, the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire based Estate Agent has joined The ESTAS Customer Service Awards scheme.  The ESTAS is the national award scheme which recognises the best estate and lettings agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers to the UK property sector.

Winners are selected purely on feedback via ESTAS Customer Review platform which generates thousands of reviews from customers who have gone through the whole moving experience with a property professional. ESTAS member firms gain valuable feedback which enables them to improve their services for the future and gives them the opportunity to be recognised at the prestigious ESTAS Awards each year.

The ESTAS Awards take place every October in London and are hosted by Phil Spencer, the country’s favourite property expert and ESTAS brand ambassador. The event is attended by 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals and is the longest running awards event in the industry.

Phil Spencer said “I’ve said it many times that the work of agents, conveyancers and brokers is vastly underrated by the general public and its only when clients go through the process that they understand the effort, complexity and sheer hard work that goes into their job.”

Spencer added “I think it says a great deal about a firm who takes part in The ESTAS.  They care about their reputation and they care about their customers. Companies who sign up to The ESTAS are committed to giving customers the best possible service they can.”

Paul Campbell,  Director at Campbells said “We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice.  We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and this is great way to demonstrate how good we really are.”

Campbells have been shortlisted for best Sales office in NN11, NN6, NN7, CV22 and CV23 as well as being shortlisted for Lettings in NN11 too.

Thank you to the 100+ clients who wrote reviews for us in the last 6 weeks to help us get to the finals.

Good luck to the Campbells team!
