I was looking at the Campbells Google analytics this morning, yes, I know this is a sad thing to do but consumer behaviour and property are my passion, and I was amazed by the amount of activity that was going on.
And our Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket searches are still very active too.
There is still this energy in wanting to move, I can feel it.
It’s frustrating but we’ll just have to wait.
Last week, the team carried out 5 ‘Live Virtual Valuations’ and a handful of ‘Live Virtual Viewings’. We have this really cool method which allows us to continue helping sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants albeit remotely. It’s been such good fun too with great feedback.
It really is surprising what you can do when you’re stuck indoors.
