Meet Teresa
An Approachable, Experienced & People-Focused Property Professional
After a long and successful career in recruitment, Teresa made the move into estate agency in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience in something that sits at the heart of both industries: people.
Her years in recruitment taught Teresa the importance of listening, asking the right questions and really understanding what someone is hoping to achieve. It also showed her that the strongest relationships are built on trust, honest communication and doing what you say you are going to do, qualities that have transferred naturally into her career in property.
Now, as Campbells’ Empty Property Expert, Teresa works closely with property owners to understand their individual circumstances and help them determine the best way forward.
For Teresa, it starts with a conversation.
She particularly enjoys meeting people face to face, hearing their story and understanding what has led them to where they are today. Whether an empty property has been inherited, left vacant following a change in circumstances or simply needs a fresh plan, Teresa believes it is important to look beyond the bricks and mortar and understand the people involved too.

Away from work, Teresa is happiest when there is an adventure on the horizon.
She enjoys gardening, canoeing and open water swimming and is certainly not someone who likes sitting still for too long. Whether she is getting her hands dirty in the garden, heading out onto the water or planning her next trip, Teresa loves being outdoors and trying new experiences.
Travelling is another of her passions and she enjoys making the most of any opportunity to discover somewhere new.
Back on dry land, Teresa shares her home with her two cats who, we suspect, are perfectly happy to leave the open water swimming and canoeing to her!
