Jane joined Campbells in January 2019. But although she’s one of the newest members of the team, she has always had an interest in property and is keen to learn more and add to her expertise.

    Previously, Jane was involved in customer service and customer relationship management roles for a property asset management company as well as a wine retail business. But after living and working in Spain for many years, she realised there were so many things she missed about the UK, including the weather! So, when the opportunity arose to join a company who shared the same values, passion and high standards of customer care and service, she jumped straight in.

    It’s been an incredible experience so far. The ethos at Campbells is great and the way we treat our customers is incredible and very different from our competitors. But what really makes a difference, is the support and respect from the rest of the Campbells family – they are quite simply amazing people, professional, caring and generous with their time. And with her experience in customer service, she can listen, understand and interpret what they need. She will then move mountains to ensure they are happy throughout their property journey. 

    Jane has an ability to talk to anyone about anything. Clients say she excels at providing a much-needed calming influence, which puts them completely at ease. Whatever customers need, she provides – whether it’s reassurance and handholding, clearly explaining the next steps or negotiating the best price. Specialising in selling houses that have been on the market for a while, or sellers who are frustrated with the lack of interest, she strives to turn the situation around to create multiple viewings and multiple offers.

    Even in this challenging property market I can turn the situation round and with some proven methods, create multiple viewings which will lead to multiple offers.

Put simply, she would never let a customer down. Jane believes in creating strong relationships and is hard-wired to provide top quality care to any client who puts their trust in her. 

    I also head up our canal-side property team. Being located in the centre of England we are very well placed to sell canal side properties along all of our canal networks in the UK. A number of us here at Campbells are passionate about our canals and are canal boat owners. I think it’s fair to say we see a property adjacent to the canal very differently to the ordinary estate agent.
    I have access to other areas of expertise in my team too – lettings and management, relocation, buyer representation, mortgages and conveyancing.

    Even though Jane is extremely passionate about canal-side homes, the properties in Long Buckby also have a particular place in Jane’s heart as she knows the area incredibly well, enjoys the friendly community and also happens to live there.

    When she’s not busily helping people to realise their property dreams, she enjoys baking, cooking, pottery, sailing, canal boating and champagne – but not necessarily in that order! As her colleagues, we think she has a great sense of humour, she is genuinely very funny, and possesses a fantastic memory for irrelevant facts.
