Janet has known Paul since he was in short trousers. She previously worked in both the retail and construction industries where she was responsible for managing projects and all the people involved. In fact, the building of quite a few factories around Daventry fell under Janet’s project management remit.

Janet is fantastic at collaborating with people and has a good rapport with contractors, which means she can get things done quickly and efficiently.
So, when Paul happened to meet up with her over a coffee, he persuaded Janet to come and see how the lettings industry worked with a view to joining the team.
Paul also knew that her building knowledge and experience, coupled with her people skills would further enhance their customer offering. Fortunately, once Janet met the rest of the lettings team, she knew she wanted to be part of Campbells.
Janet is an integral part of the lettings team and is motivated by delivering service excellence and complete customer satisfaction. She has a responsibility for showing tenants new properties and for visiting and inspecting every property that Campbells manage on a three-monthly basis. She then produces a comprehensive report for the landlord, which flags up any building repairs or maintenance issues. This is a unique offering, as no other agent provides this service and at Campbells, we are definitely motivated to go the extra mile for our customers.
At the beginning of a tenancy, Janet is great at asking difficult and awkward questions in a friendly manner. This often provokes further conversation, which means she can get more in-depth knowledge about tenants, which benefits landlords as they get better tenants who pay their rent regularly and tend to stay in a property longer and look after it as their home.

When she’s not working, Janet loves to play tennis. She plays regularly for a local league and likes to work out to the gym. And when it comes to shoes, well, Janet confesses to having a little bit of a weakness.
