Customer Relations Manager

Nicola Atkins

Nicola has recently joined Campbells in 2022 but is, by no means, new to our profession. She is known to us and is delighted to be returning to her roots, having spent her early years working in estate agency in Daventry.

I found their guidance on ‘what to do next’ very useful as I wasn’t actually sure what the next steps were. I was kept in the loop from start to finish, the Campbells team were excellent at communicating with my sellers and relaying details back to me, and answered any questions I put their way.

Emily, Yelvertoft

I would like to thank you for all your hard work, your constant source of support. You were always able to help me with any queries and you provided sound advice when needed.

Christine, Northampton

We cannot overstate what a great experience we had with Campbells who sold our property in the late summer of 2022.

Johanna and Sam, Crick

Many thanks for your amazing service especially to you and all the other members of the team we really appreciated all your hard work and effort and the service was impeccable

Sue and Patrick, Daventry

Since then, she has built her skill set as a highly experienced administrator and office manager in the Medico legal field. She is known for her professionalism, empathy, good humour and can do approach. She works to high standards and is a punctual, reliable, completer finisher, keeping a trained eye on what is needed to deliver a high standard of service.

Nicola loves property, antiques, and bygone times, her home and family. Nicola has one son who is a police officer.

Nicola started in estate agency after she left school…. a long time ago! (says Nicola!).   She has owned a ladies dress shop in Daventry, worked in Local Authority and trained to be a beauty therapist and managed a beauty salon.  She worked in HR for a third world charity for which Prince Charles, now King Charles III, was patron.

An important part of her role at Campbells is attention to detail and pride and accuracy in producing brochures, meeting clients and colleagues’ expectations.  Always having an approachable and cheerful disposition.

Upon redundancy, Nicola was really delighted to be offered this role as she recalls happy early experiences working for local estate agents. She’s happy to be coming back to what she knows.

Nicola is passionate about old fashioned values in the workplace, manners, punctuality, reliability, listening, and taking pride in doing a good job.

She has moved house five times during married life (38 years,) including one memorable conversion and renovation of a disused butcher’s shop with building plot, into a five-bedroom home in village where she grew up.

The latter all done whilst living with mother-in-law; with her most worldly possessions in storage; with a five year old son, who had just started at a new school and her returning to work in a full-time job for the first time in five years, to fund the renovation!

She is a member of a local choir and can often be heard singing the odd solo, although Nicola still considers herself to be shy!

Having grown up locally allows greater knowledge of history of properties and local property development.

Seeing people happy when securing their new home is what she enjoys most about this industry and believes she brings a “mature,” unflappable characteristic and is  known to be a supportive colleague, reliability, and has been told her good humour is contagious!

Nicola believes the key to a successful estate agency, in her experience, is end to end customer service, where our customers are 100% confident that we will do what we say we are going to do knowing that we have the experience, realism and professionalism that go hand in hand with being a good estate agent.

Allowing individual team members to be individual, managers embracing diverse and complementary skills sets and personal qualities of team members making a good team.
