To this end he only ever handles a small number of transactions at any one time and is typically available to his vendors on a seven day a week basis (even if he is on holiday!)

Selling a property can be an exciting and exhilarating experience, conversely it can at times be a stressful, rollercoaster of emotions and Jeremy will be there throughout the journey to support you and guide you as best as he possibly can.

Jeremy takes complete ownership of all his instructions, personally conducting all of the viewings, providing feedback and negotiating the best possible sale price for his vendors.

Jeremy concentrates on all the villages in the surrounding areas between Byfield and Southam as he is very knowledgeable of the area and moreover, is a member of the community.

Almost as importantly, once a sale has been agreed, Jeremy will then do his upmost to manage the sales progression process on behalf of his vendors all the way through until the exciting day of completion.

Jeremy is happy to sell any type of property but having grown up in a fourteenth century thatched cottage in Upper Boddington, Jeremy particularly enjoys selling period properties.

Beyond his passion for property, Jeremy is an avid lover of numerous sports – though other than a few rounds of golf, principally as a spectator these days.

He also thoroughly enjoy spending time with his family, walking their gorgeous dog or having a ‘pint’ with friends in one of the many village pubs that thankfully remain an integral part of the village lifestyle.
