Anyone who is genuinely looking to move and knows specifically where they want to be. This is not a tool for someone who is looking at a 10 mile radius of Daventry (for example).
It’s for people that can’t find anything of interest on Rightmove but know the size, style, specific location and price range they would be looking at.
So, are we doing this?
Because we don’t consider selling properties as our primary objective as your local property experts. We want to help people move and what is the most important part of a move? You need somewhere to move to of course!
The more knowledge you have of the local market or the more you know about the area you are interested in then the easier it is for us too.
If we can educate you, as the general public more, then this will help everyone in the long run.
